Sweet darlings

I thought it was time for a few new animal pictures!

Here's Sesame, Herd Queen Extraordinaire, looking at us through her nostrils (a favorite pastime of hers).

Chamomile - and golly, I sure hope she's pregnant; she carries really discreetly and it's hard to tell until, um, she's given birth. So cross your fingers for me, y'all.

And last but not least, Daphne, Wonder Anatolian and Head of Ranch Security.

It snowed today and there were all kinds of school closings in Austin (the Statesman's Twitter feed was pretty funny, actually; you'd think we were in Newfoundland or something from the way they were chuntering on about it). It was really just fluffy sleet, and it's almost all gone now, but here in Central Texas, we take our thrills where we can.

I've only recently heard the word 'chuntering' and learned what it meant. Love that you used it! :) Thanks for sharing the pics! :)
